Job Overview
- The role involves managing and addressing IT-related internal audit findings and supporting the Manager, IT Risk in identifying and handling IT and Privacy risks while ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Principal Functions
Tactical:

3). IT Security Operations Specialist

- The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze the information security operations environment at EMTS and recommend security measures to protect valuable enterprise information assets. This position involves close collaboration with security teams in supplier organizations, Infrastructure Operations, Network Operations, and Applications teams to provide comprehensive security reports on 9mobile’s security posture. Principal Functions
Operational:
- Collaborate with IT partners to ensure optimal performance of all security management and monitoring platforms, safeguarding 9mobile from security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Lead the efforts to address and resolve all audit exceptions identified by Internal Audit during IT security audit exercises.
- Work with EMTS business units and other risk management/assurance functions to identify security requirements and risks associated with ongoing and new projects. Implement strategies and plans to meet these requirements and mitigate identified risks throughout project lifecycles.

4). IT Business Continuity Management Specialist

- This role supports the IT BCM Manager in developing Risk Assessments (RAs), Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), and Business Recovery Plans (BRPs) for all EMTS business processes from an IT perspective. The objective is to identify and mitigate risks to ensure the continuity of critical business operations.
Principal Functions
Tactical:
- Collaborate with the IT BCM Manager in business continuity and contingency planning, with a focus on ensuring the adequacy of contingency plans for critical business applications, asset protection, and loss mitigation in case of disruptions.
- Provide necessary support to ensure timely and high-quality completion of RAs, BIAs, and BRPs. Understand the role of implemented BCM tools and integrate them into the development processes of RAs, BIAs, and BRPs.
- Plan and coordinate the execution of business continuity exercises, working closely with business process owners and recovery team members. This includes scenario development, facilitating sessions, documenting results, conducting after-action reviews, and preparing exercise management summary reports.
- Ensure that post-exercise BRP changes are properly incorporated into plans and conduct quality audits/reviews to assess plan completeness.
- Engage with resolver teams to address business continuity issues and mitigations within the IT team, IT vendors, and other cross-functional teams across EMTS. Continuously review and update recovery objectives to align with business requirements.
- Oversee electronic access controls for data, business process information, and plans.
- Manage BCM tools, develop and maintain end-user support materials, and ensure data quality in all systems.
