1). Business Development Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our business model and a proven ability to communicate with senior internal team members (Group Heads/Chiefs/GMD etc.) and external contacts (consultants, investors, partners, and clients)
  • Ensure services are delivered to clients within agreed timelines.
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction rating by delivering superior customer service experience to our clients.
  • Facilitate seamless flow of operational information to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, product positioning, and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, tracking progress and providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our market reach.
  • Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects proactively.
  • Work with business owners, and functional chiefs to identify opportunities for optimizing the business and creating efficiencies across operations within the Group.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges to position our solutions effectively.
  • Must have a clear understanding of the CNG applications, delivery, limitations, and advantages over others.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development
  • Prior experience in FMCG, Manufacturing and Oil and Gas industry is key.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to design and make PowerPoint presentations.

2). Electrical Engineer

Location: Lagos and Osun

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be expected to design and implement complex industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems. To do well in this role you should be a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience as an electrical engineer.
  • Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
  • Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
  • Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems
  • Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations
  • Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
  • Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials
  • Supervising or training project team members.
  • Maintaining electrical equipment.
  • Working with a variety of technicians.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree or HND with 2-3 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month (Gross)

3). Female Assistant Security Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Security Manager (Female) with 5-8 years of security/training experience to oversee security protocol, conduct training sessions and drills for our domestic/workers and guards to ensure compliance with security procedures, and evaluate security operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure safety.
  • Conduct training sessions and drills for our domestic workers to ensure they are knowledgeable in emergency procedures.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistant as needed.
  • Evaluate security operations and recommend improvements, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to develop and implement effective security measures.

Requirements

  • Should possess relevant degree (B.Sc, HND or its equivalent)
  • 5 – 8 years of military/paramilitary experience, either serving or having served before.
  • Proven experience as a security expert with training and development experience
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential security risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly (Gross).

4). Mechanical Engineer

Locations: Dopemu – Lagos; Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ota, and Ogijo – Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, and implement)
  • Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
  • Lead all Mechanical aspects of the work required.
  • Participate in meetings, technical presentations, and audits.
  • Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
  • Estimate the budget and scope of the project.
  • Keeps records and ensures the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule is carried out accordingly.
  • Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE requirements
  • Research options and recommend solutions to resolve operating and/or maintenance issues.
  • Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
  • Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • The Mechanical Engineer should be a highly creative individual with ample technical experience in designing innovative technical solutions in accordance with the requirement of the group.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of two years of Technical and Mechanical Engineering experience
  • Relevant Project, Professional and Safety Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • COREN certification is an added advange.
  • Familiarity with engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, or any other)
