1). Port Operations Officer – Onne
Location: Rivers

Description
- Serve as focal point of all Agents activities at the Federal Ocean Terminal (FOT)
- Liaise with Port Operators in all TUCN shipping interest – viz Intels, BRAWAL, NPA, OGFZA, Customs etc
- Participate in all pre-cargo discharge meetings ahead of berthing with port operators and shippers’ agents.
- Assist, maintain & register equipment deployed for operations by port operators, and sign-off related job sheets.
- Ensure all key transaction elements, Customs documentation of all cleared cargoes are maintained.
- Liaise with Operations Personnel at Onne and provide appropriate Customs clearance documents on demand.
- Assist and maintain an efficient container tracking system with all parties for the control of demurrage.
- Liaise with Head of Yards for stacking spaces prior to the arrival of vessels with TUCN cargoes.
- Ensure deliveries are made promptly, maintain/dispatch copies of waybills, and ensure transfers to the warehouse receiving section.
- Assist & ensure correct delineation of cargoes awaiting Customs examination/inspection.
- Ensure that delivery documents are dispatched promptly for data updates and PO file closures.
- Supervise and take reports of activities of our marine cargo surveyors for insurance purposes
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with our HSE policy
- Report weekly & monthly activities carried out at Onne FLT port.
- Liaising with Operations personnel at Onne and providing appropriate customs clearance documents on demand.
- Update of Transit Tracker with POD information and follow up with ONNE Reception Team.
- Any other activity or job function assigned to me by the Manager of the Department.-To be accountable for timely delivery of materials at COMPANY warehouses
- Ensure that all transactions of shipments are carried out in compliance with Nigerian laws and company policies
- Ensure that all COMPANY HSE rules and regulations are observed.
- Liaise with Foreign freight forwarder, Local Freight forwarder and User Department
- Provide Transit support for all Oil and Gas equipment, general services and medical equipment.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in Management or Social Sciences with at least 2 years’ experience in C&P, Transit, and or Logistic Operations.
- Knowledge of UNISUP, MS Excel, MS word, Power Point.

2). Port Operations Officer – Ladol

- Liaising with Port Operators, agencies, authorities and other FZEs on all Company Shipping interests i.e., LADOL, NEPZA, GRMFZC, LILE,
- SHI-MCI FZE etc.
- Liaising with all Company appointed Freight Forwarders / Shipping Agents at LADOL FZE
- Responsible for the immediate handling and follow up on Nigeria Customs Service for company customs clearance operations at the LADOL

- Working closely with the Port Techlog personnel on material management (handing over and transfer) after customs clearance
- Coordinating cargo transfer process with other FZEs in LADOL

3). Subsea Hardware Engineer III

Main Functions
- Develop subsea hardware selection justification documents, product specifications, and other project-specific documents and drawings, including tree and manifold P&IDs.
- Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by contractors and subcontractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitates effective execution of disciplined engineering and design routines that align with the project’s goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Assures accurate and timely communication among the project team and other company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues.
- In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Steward discipline engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests
- Keep the lead engineer or engineering manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
- Participate in discipline engineering reviews at the contractor’s and subcontractor’s locations.
- Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design.
- Support internal engineering general interest or global practice initiatives as requested by the supervisor.
- Participate in pre-commissioning, system integration testing, installation, and commissioning activities of subsea hardware equipment. Participate in troubleshooting equipment problems with vendors, installation contractors, and other client operating affiliates.
- Promote safety in all project aspects of vendor manufacturing assembly, testing, installation, and operations.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
- Working knowledge of subsea hardware equipment, including horizontal and vertical trees, jumpers, manifolds, connection systems, and valves, as well as qualification, testing, and installation methods.
- Be familiar with and have experience applying API 6A and 17D, and other relevant API, ISO, and ASME subsea hardware and piping standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
- Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.
