1). Quantity Surveyor

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • As a Quantity Surveyor in the real estate sector, you will be at the forefront of ensuring cost efficiency, accurate estimation, and seamless project execution.
  • With your extensive experience, you will be instrumental in managing costs, mitigating risks, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimation for real estate projects, including materials, Labor, and overheads.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts, ensuring they comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractor relationships effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and expenses, providing timely updates and recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Identify potential risks and variations, proposing feasible solutions to maintain project timelines and budget targets.
  • Provide expert advice on cost-effective construction methods, value engineering, and procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of cost data, contracts, and project documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying within the projects and construction sector.
  • Relevant professional certifications (RICS, AIQS, etc.) would be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in relevant Quantity Surveying software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

2). Automobile Supervisor

3). Retail Manager

  • Your extensive experience in FMCG and supermarket management will be critical in ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer experiences, and achieving impressive business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apply your hands-on experience in managing supermarkets (such as Shoprite, Spar, etc.) to optimize store layout, product placement, and customer flow.
  • Utilize your 7 years of experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role to lead and mentor a high-performing retail team.
