1). Full-Stack (Backend-Heavy) JavaScript Engineer

Location: Lagos

Backend Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using JavaScript (Node.js) and related technologies.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and other communication protocols for seamless interaction between the frontend and backend.

Database Management:

  • Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions.
  • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.

Architecture and System Design:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.

Integration with Frontend:

  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate backend functionality seamlessly into user interfaces.
  • Implement and optimize frontend-backend communication protocols.

Code Quality and Testing:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Conduct thorough testing of backend components, identify and fix bugs, and ensure high code quality.

Performance Optimization:

  • Identify and implement performance improvements in backend systems.

3). Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Role

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various means, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Earnipay’s products or services to communicate the benefits to customers effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Create tailored proposals and quotes, conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM and provide regular reports to management.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years and proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or technology solutions.
  • Experience with payroll and financial services is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with the Payroll and HR community and a network of contacts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed.

4). Application Support Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Role

  • Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensure effective front end and back end functionality of applications.
  • Consult with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
  • Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Engineering Lead.
  • Keep record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
  • Document processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
  • Provide front end support to clients and colleagues in other departments
  • Provide software application support under the supervision of the Engineering Lead.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of front end and back end programming languages and frameworks/libraries, such as Javascript, Typescript, React,Express, NestJs
  • Strong knowledge of Databases (SQL, Postgres and MongoDb).
  • 2+ years experience as a full stack javascript engineer or/and Support engineer
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing services, preferably AWS

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Extensive experience with the Flutter framework.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development best practices.

UI/UX Design:

  • Experience implementing UI/UX designs and collaborating with designers.

Problem-Solving:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Adaptability:
