1). Unit Head, Distribution and Sales

Job Objective(s):
- Enhance the reach and visibility of the First Monies Agent Network business.
- Identify, establish, and manage essential partnerships (both internal and external) to foster network expansion and product/service offerings.
- Facilitate knowledge management across the value chain, encompassing Agents and Branch Teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster the growth and sustainability of a dynamic Agent network.
- Supervise team activities related to Network Development, Business Growth, Agent Onboarding, and Marketing.
- Create training materials to support Agent onboarding and day-to-day operations, as well as Branch team activities such as Agent recruitment and management.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedure manuals for all aspects of Agent Network Development.
- Collaborate with SBU Heads (Line Executives, Group Heads, Business Development Managers) to define and execute tactical strategies for enhancing business performance.
- Monitor and respond to competitor offerings and industry trends.
- Provide support to Sales teams (SBUs) and eBusiness Regional Officers by offering product materials and tailored proposals to facilitate engagement with potential Strategic Partners.
- Regularly monitor and provide reports and recommendations on Agent and Branch performance to key stakeholders and executive management.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to conduct risk assessment reviews, identifying and addressing operational and business risks.
- Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive network growth and visibility.
- Execute product promotion campaigns tailored for Agents.
- Manage communications across the Agent Network.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline.
- Additional Professional Certification is an advantage.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of post-NYSC experience in FMCG, Telecoms, Banking, Micro Finance, Mobile Money, Payments, or other related sectors.
