Duties and Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties as may be assigned:
- Ensure cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools.
- Prepares and stores pizza dough.
- Prepares pizza/shawarma sauces.
- Makes requisition for supplies, updates inventory and ensures compliance with standard recipe.
- Trains other chefs in the preparation process and recipe so all meals are uniform.
- Check the quality of pizzas/shawarma before they are served to guests.
- Informs maintenance on faulty kitchen equipment.
- Collaborates with BM on menu items.
- Resolve customer complaints with diplomacy.
- Make sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized.
- Ensures that standard units of measurement are strictly adhered to.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties as may be assigned:
- Selling of box office tickets and concession items
- Achieve 100% sales in concession and box office.
- Responding to queries, reservations, and sales
- Monitor and Maintain Cash Flow, thereby ensuring that there are no shortages.
- Participating in meetings as requested by the Business Manager/Assistant Business Manager
- Attend and participate in training sessions as required by the Business Manager and HR
- Ensure the timely communication of stock level to the Team Supervisor/Team Lead to avoid under
- stocking and over stocking.
- Maintain zero loss of all items and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Provide update on request filled out and ensure 100% compliance and strict adherence to following
- approved SOPs.
- Show professional behavior in all dealings, excellent job ownership, brand loyalty and commitment to
- assigned tasks.
- Achieve 95% resolution of customer complaints within 48 hours – Review weekly by checklist method.
- Punctuality – timeliness to work on daily basis.
- To plan, perform and manage efficiently all operational tasks within the cinema.
