1). Commercial Finance Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Providing financial support and analysis to the sales and marketing division, including cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborating with operational teams to understand and support business initiatives, and ensuring financial decisions align with overall company strategy.
- Collecting, compiling, and analyzing financial and operational data to support decision-making.
- Monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of assigned business areas, including revenue, margins, and return on investment.
- Monitor Gross Margins of the business and report on performance vs Hurdle rates.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulations.
- Developing and implementing financial reporting and metrics to provide insight into business performance.
- Providing financial analysis for new business opportunities, including investment analysis and business cases.
- Supporting the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- BSc / HND
- Minimum 3 years experience in the FMCG industry
- Expert use of Excel
- Ability to create dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical skills and business knowledge
- Self-confident with integrity
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Innovative and Creative
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

2). Logistics Analyst
Location: Oregun, Lagos
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Gathering and analyzing logistics data to assess each step in the supply chain.
- Keeping tabs on the product flow process from materials acquisition to final delivery
- Updating databases with logistics data
- Developing, evaluating, and revising logistics policies, procedures, and plans
- Overseeing warehouses to ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently.
- Research supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them.
- Staying up to date on the latest innovations in logistics and what competitors are implementing.
- Addressing routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to keep products moving.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.A / B.Sc in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or relevant Degree with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in the FMCG sector
- Substantial knowledge of standard logistics procedures and practices required
- Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations.
- Proficient skills in MS Excel.
- Good analytical skills.
- Leadership skills
