1). Business Operations Manager
Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and manage daily business activities.
- Manage all loan and investment portfolio data.
- Maintain logs and records of operational activities for audit and business improvement purposes.
- Formulate, implement and monitor all business operation processes, policies, controls, KPI, etc. to deliver a seamless working environment, attain industry best practice standards, minimize exposure to fraud and losses, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Custodian of all company data.
- Human Resource management
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc / in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or any other field.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a Operations Manager role Microfinance Bank with comprehensive knowledge of banking operations, regulations, cash management, payments etc
- In-depth records keeping, numeric, organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suit – especially Excel.

2). Business Development Lead
Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Debt Generation and Deposit Mobilization (Fixed Deposit Investment) activities and initiatives targeted at High Net-Worth Individuals, SME’s and Corporates.
- Personally build a portfolio of new investor relationships to meet current and future business funding needs of the company.
- Identify, develop and manage the company’s strategic engagements, Partnerships, Opportunities, other activities aimed at building strategic and income generating relationships.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience from a Digital Lender, Microfinance Bank, Issuing House or Finance Company.
- Proven work experience in business development in a similar role.
- A good knowledge of Wealth Management, Investor Relations & HNI Relationship Management.
- Ability to network and build sustainable Client Relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking and finance procedures and products.
- Excellent writing, public-speaking, communication, negotiation, business intelligence, and networking skills.
- Organization and multi-tasking skillsets.
