1). Learning & Development Officer

Job Summary
- As Learning & Development Officer, you will play a key role in assessing company-wide developmental needs to drive learning initiatives.
- In addition, you will also actively search, create designs and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance for organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of continuous professional development and ensure effective communication to enable employees remain abreast of the required information to aid learning & employee efficiency
- Design and develop effective and engaging learning and performance solutions leveraging learning science and instructional design principles
- Use a performance support first mindset to conduct a learning needs analysis and prescribe the appropriate learning and/or performance support solutions to close performance gaps
- Develop multi-modal learning and performance support materials, including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, infographics, and facilitator guides.
- Implement various learning methods companywide,and assess the success of development plans while helping employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Oversee training budgets and ensure compliance with applicable regulators, e.g ITF, etc.
- Collaborate with other Learning & Development team members and subject matter experts to support various learning program and project initiatives.
- Manage professional certifications and subscriptions in line with the company’s policy
- Plan and assess the “return on investment” of any training or development programme.

2). Senior Human Resource Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description
- The Senior Human Resources Officer will assist in driving the company’s culture, managing employees’ welfare, and developing initiatives for optimal employee engagement and overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Driving the company’s culture in creating a great place to work for employees and foster an environment where behavior is aligned to our values.
- Drive and implement new programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.
- Design and manage the organization’s competency framework in coordination with the various stakeholders in line with the organization’s strategic direction and functional objectives.
- Track companywide employee performance data and deploy initiatives based on insight.
- Lead payroll and benefits processing, ensuring that transactions are delivered to deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Lead company compliance with all existing governmental regulations, taxes and labor laws and reporting requirements including PAYE, NSITF, ITF, Pension, NHF etc.
- Translate macro brand strategies into micro strategies for brand positioning and go-to-market plans from a Human Resources perspective.
- Champion employees’ database management, amongst others.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
