1). Beach Lounge Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Is involved with the delivering excellent customer services and maintain a high level of customer management always.
- Is involved in the setup and effective operations of the shop within company policy, always.
- Is involved in the results achieved in the shop including profit and loss performance, mega stock and standards.
- Ensures that opening and closing procedures are adhered to, in line with company policy.
- Responsible for the security, health and safety of staff, customers and property.
- Is involved in overseeing all areas of the shop including third-party providers
- Maximize all sales opportunities in the shop including quality of food and drink service and availability using all company point of sale as directed; understand all promotions and point of sale requirements and work with the team and General Manager to maximize sales at every opportunity.
- Make use of all inventory management tools
- Ensure full availability of all drinks, food and forecast appropriately to meet shop demands during low and high seasons
- Manage all delivery process including, timely stock counts, line checks, wastage reports and loss investigation etc.
- Follow all company security procedures, including loss prevention measures and procedures for the security of staff and premises always.
- Monitor and manage all maintenance issues and manage third party contractors, including cleaners where applicable.
- Manages the shop including motivating and leading the team to work to the highest standard always.
- Manages the day to day performance of subordinates in line with company policies and procedures
- Manages and maintain subordinate’s welfare and trainings with the help of the Human Resources team.
- Ensures that the business operations run smoothly and according to the company’s policy
- Helps to carry out research and analyse the current market conditions, competitor information and proffer recommendations to Management
- Contribute to the development of the brand.

2). Human Resource Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in human resources.
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
- Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

3). Supervisor (Female)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- The supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty
- Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
- Reviewing work schedules
- Ordering of cleaning materials
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Requirements
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience.
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment
- Previous experience of managing a team
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Health and Safety experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent is also desirable, but not essential.
