1). Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Documentation:
- Establish and conduct quality assurance tests for raw materials, finished products, and work in progress.
- Collaborate closely with production personnel to ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols during production.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and maintain all company documentation related to quality assurance, health, and safety.
- Ensure consistent adherence to quality control and health and safety procedures throughout the organization.
- Provide training to staff on quality assurance and workplace safety procedures.
- Safeguard all product compounding manuals that are considered trade secrets by the company.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software is required.
- Should currently hold the position of Quality Assurance Officer or an equivalent role.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in developing production strategies.
- Strong expertise in quality assurance practices.
- Competent in managing production performance.
- Familiarity with asset investment strategies.

2). Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
Sales and Channel Development:
- Develop and oversee the execution of the sales and channel development strategy to attain sales and profitability targets.
- Strategize and implement customer retention plans to ensure consistent sales volume and profitable margins.
- Plan and forecast the sales budget, ensuring alignment with approved management strategies.
Sales Force Management and Development:
- Participate in recruiting and training the sales team to align with company objectives.
- Manage sales-related financial reporting and information.
- Identify and appoint a specific number of Key Distributors while ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable joint business plans for each distributor in collaboration with Recare Ltd/KDs.
- Act as a business advisor to Key Distributors, employing best practices and proactive strategies for business development.
- Foster the financial strength of Distributors through prudent fiscal policies.
Marketing and Sales Promotion:
- Assist in shaping marketing strategies and designing sales promotions to generate sales revenues.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Distribution, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software is essential.
- Should currently hold the position of Sales Manager or an equivalent role.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing deals effectively.
- Expertise in managing channel strategies.
- Knowledge of category management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
