1). Territory Development Officer
Location: Enugu

Position Overview
- The Territory Development Officer is responsible for implementing the company’s overall sales strategy.
- They will be involved in selling products, goods and services to customers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Promote our business success by implementing the cascaded annual business strategy.
- Execute sales and trade marketing product display and merchandising techniques to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure direct report covers the assigned route and report daily.
- Monitor direct reports sales Performance
- Set up meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close deals.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and ensure prompt resolutions to such feedback
- Submit daily sales reviews and reports to the line manager
- Ensure the availability of stock for sale.
- Execute the route to market strategy.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing course or any relevant field.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies.
- Minimum of 3-5 years beverages sales experience in territory and distributor management with a proven track record
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.

2). Financial Accountant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview
- The primary purpose of the financial accountant is to ensure accurate, timely and complete end-to-end accounting records in the region in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and other management guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Approve all journal entries on the ERP, mindful of key parameters including appropriate Cost Center and General Ledger
- Coordinate monthly Financial Closure Process to ensure all monthly accruals and provisions are properly booked.
- Financial Reports as prepared by various members of the Finance team.
- Review all supporting documents (invoices, waybill, certificate of job completion) presented for vendors’ payment purposes.
- Provides initial review for all Bank Reconciliations in the region.
- Liaise with Head Office (HO) and other regions on pending balances in the Region’s current account.
- Work closely with the OFM on partnering with other Functions/Units within the region with a view
Qualifications
- 4 – 5 Years post qualification experience in MNC Manufacturing Environment
- Sound financial and accounting knowledge and exceptional business understanding, Management Accountancy, Business Planning and Analysis
- Excellent Ability related to Data Analytics at both financial and operational fronts
- Working knowledge of business intelligence applications like Power BI, etc.
- A high degree of resourcefulness and ingenuity are required to develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity
- Ability to delegate tasks and work under pressure to produce results, and analyze work of others and can guide the team
- Advanced level of English, hands on experience on ERP (Navision / Microsoft GP, SAP, Oracle Financials), Advanced Microsoft Office Expertise (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

3). Key Accounts Officer

- The Key Account Officer is responsible for implementing the company’s overall sales strategy.

4). Operational Finance Manager

Position Overview
- To provide active business partnership and collaboration to Functional Leadership of the region in meeting Business and Operational Objectives along with interpreting financial information and highlighting business opportunities, challenges and risks for smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Cross Functional Business Collaboration and Partnering
- Acts as business partner to Commercial & Production functions for routine and ad-hoc business analysis and decision-making

- Champions Plant, Category, Line wise MOH analysis, COM evaluations [Yields, Wastages, Variances etc.] and Freight cost Analysis for Haulage, Delivery, and Distribution etc.
- Business KPI Monitoring, Reporting, and Tracking – Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Yields, KWHs, Fuel Usage, Power Analysis, R&M Analysis, Freight Analysis, Delivery/Distribution Cost, Consumables etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- 5 – 6 years post qualification experience in MNC Manufacturing Environment, preferably beverage operations.
- Professional Level Qualification in Accounting and Finance – ACCA, ACA, CIMA
- Sound financial and accounting knowledge and exceptional business understanding, Management Accountancy, Business Planning and Analysis

5). Warehouse Operations Specialist
Location: Lagos

Position Overview
- To ensure proper stock storage, issuing, documentation and accountability. To maintain proper and optimal warehouse layouts, ensure proper stock storage, issuing, documentation and accountability to support smooth production runs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the receiving, offloading and storage of raw materials from vendors, central Stores, and other regions in stores.
- Supervise the issuing of all raw materials to production following FIFO and other stock items to users.
- Supervise the posting of all raw materials and other stock SRV out of Navision.
- Supervise the daily count of all raw materials, prepare the daily and weekly raw materials report and publish for all use
- Prepare daily raw materials ageing reports
- Monitor re-order level for all raw materials in use.
- Supervise the daily, weekly and periodic stock count of all other stock items for proper accountability.
- Supervise and maintain GMP/GSP in Raw Materials and other stores.
- Supervise the posting of TRV into Navision and SRV out of Navision.
- Monitor and supervise the issuing of all production spares to users from the production store.
- Supervise daily, weekly and periodic stock count in the raw material stores.
- Give attention to all internal and external audit requests and issues.
- Warehouse reporting
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a First Degree (HND / BSc) preferably in Social Science or analytical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in beverage industry.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations, processes, policies, and systems.
- Stock Reconciliation and an ability to organise warehouse outlay.
- Numerical Proficiency: Ability to access, use, interpret and communicate mathematical information and ideas quickly.
