1). Technician (Refrigerator and Air Conditioning)
Location: Lagos
Purpose
- Provides technical service-related support for theorganization and ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
Job Description
- Repair malfunctioning AC‘s and other equipments
- Installations of Air conditioner
- Install and maintain ventilation and refrigeration units.
- Foster good customer relations and service at all times
- Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order
- Perform peer-to-peer inspections on work performed by our other maintenance technicians
- Create inspection and repair schedules
- Advise purchasing manager during new equipment
- Assist in on-the-job-training of newly hired maintenance technicians
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a structured organization
- Must have city and gate trade test one qualification or it’s equivalents
- Installations and repairs of large packaged system, split unit etc.
- Installations and repairs of central air conditioning
- Installations and repairs of VRF unit
- Installations and repairs of industrial refrigerator equipment, cold rooms and factory refrigerator chillers.
- Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

2). Senior Technical Supervisor
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Job Brief
- The Technical Supervisor is required to oversee Technicians and technical operation in maintenance and installations.
Responsibilities
- Installations and repairs of split unit &free-standing DX air conditioning units.
- Installations and repairs of ceiling conceded & roof top ducted central air conditioning system
- Installations and repairs of chiller water air conditioning system
- Installations and repairs of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) System
- Installations and repairs of Process Cooling industrial chiller, cold rooms and factory refrigerator chillers
- Installation and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration units.
- Foster good customer relations and service at all times
- Routine check with clients to ensure equipment is in working order
- Perform peer-to-peer inspections on work performed by our other maintenance technicians
- Create and manage inspection and repair schedules
- Advise purchasing manager on specification of parts to purchase
- Provides Advisory and interact with clients
- Overhauling of centrifugal and screw chillers
- Knowledge and maintenance of cooling tower and water treatment plants
- Knowledge and maintenance of chiller water pumps
- Maintenance of air cooled and water-cooled chillers
- Servicing and maintenance of chillers, DX units, package units, cold storage and split A/C
- Must have sound knowledge of installation, maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning and chiller systems
Requisite Qualification
Education:
- Candidate must have City & Guild Certification or any minimum equivalent technical qualification for the above
- Minimum of 20 years working experience in the maintenance, repair and installation of the above
Skills &Competencies:
- Good communication skills both oral or written
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great results.

3). Commercial Officer/QS
Location: Lagos
Job Brief
- Commercial officer is required to prepare tender documents and quotations
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Works, Specifications and all contract documentation
- Preparation of preliminary estimates, cost plans and feasibility studies
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities considering the drawings and specifications
- Preparation of reports on new work and work in progress for cost monitoring and control, and for decision making.
- Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.
- Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Site measurement for variation & valuation
- Valuing completed work and liaising with the Finance/Account for payments.
Job Specification
Education:
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Quantity Survey or Engineering from a reputable institution with 5 years’ experience
- Project Management training and certification is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft office suite especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
