1). Front Desk/Admin Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answering all calls and directing as needed
- Scheduling meetings
- Coordinating office activities
- Ensuring the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
- Redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department and taking down messages
- Accepting all letters and packages, and distributing them to their appropriate departments
- Interacting with customers and business partners, either in person or through phone calls
- Assisting in organizing work documents and firm logistics.

2). Personal Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Monitoring a manager’s email
- Drafting communications on their behalf
- Planning and organising meetings and their travel
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments
- Making travel arrangements
- Organising events and conferences.
