Job Title: Vendor Success Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Vendor Success Officer is responsible for ensuring that vendors have a seamless experience partnering with the organization.
  • This role focuses on vendor on boarding, relationship management, performance tracking, and support to drive mutual growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and orient new vendors to company systems and standards
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure consistent communication
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor needs are met
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to improve vendor efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Minimum of OND/SSCE
  • Previous experience in vendor management or customer service is a plus.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 28 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with data and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills
