Job Title: Vendor Success Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Vendor Success Officer is responsible for ensuring that vendors have a seamless experience partnering with the organization.
- This role focuses on vendor on boarding, relationship management, performance tracking, and support to drive mutual growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and orient new vendors to company systems and standards
- Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure consistent communication
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor needs are met
- Provide training, guidance, and support to improve vendor efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum of OND/SSCE
- Previous experience in vendor management or customer service is a plus.
- Age Limit: Not more than 28 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with data and reporting tools
- Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills
