Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Lagos, Remote/Hybrid

Job Summary

  • As a Virtual Assistant, you will support our team in managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in various aspects of the fashion industry.
  • Your role will be crucial in streamlining processes and helping our team stay on top of their workload, especially in areas like fashion coordination, social media management, and client communications.

Responsibilities
Content Management:

  • Write engaging social media captions using provided templates and hooks.
  • Conduct trend research to ensure content aligns with current offers and brand messaging.
  • Create b-roll and faceless content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Edit and design Canva graphics for posts, stories, and lead magnets.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging.

Video & Reels Management:

  • Work closely with the video editor to ensure reels align with content themes and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing video content for easy access and efficient posting.
  • Create custom, visually engaging covers for video reels using Canva.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize content calendars, tracking posting schedules and content performance.
  • Create and process client orders, ensuring all details are accurate and completed promptly.
  • Register and follow up with clients as needed, maintaining professional communication.
  • Prepare lead magnets and ensure all files are properly organized and accessible.
  • Repurpose content for distribution across various platforms and formats, maintaining relevance and freshness.

Qualifications
Essential:

  • Proven experience working with creative brands, preferably in the fashion or coaching industries.
  • Strong proficiency with Canva for creating visually appealing designs.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) for seamless communication and organization.
  • Basic understanding of copywriting principles, storytelling, and brand messaging.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities effectively.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Planoly, Later, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with high-value coaching or education brands.
  • Background or interest in fashion, design, or the creative industries.

Salary

  • N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly depending on experience.
