Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT), Monday to Friday

Break Time: 1-hour daily break

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, communication, and project follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
  • Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation
  • Handle basic data entry and report preparation
  • Assist with social media scheduling and communication
  • Monitor task completion and follow up with internal teams
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare meeting summaries
  • Conduct research and present findings as requested
  • Support project coordination tasks and updates
  • Handle other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Trello or Asana
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional laptop
  • Availability to work full-time (8 AM – 5 PM WAT) remotely.
