Job Title: Visibility & Partnerships Coordinator (Africa-Focus)

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a sharp, well-connected, visibility-obsessed team member to help position our founder, Sandra Kemayou, as one of the most influential African voices of our time.
  • Born in Cameroon and now leading a cross-continental movement, Sandra is launching The Outlast School for Girls in 2025 and bringing her globally recognized leadership frameworks home.
  • You’ll be responsible for placing her in the rooms – and on the stages – that shift culture: from TEDxLagos to CNN Africa to She Leads Africa summits.
  • If you’re media-savvy, bold with your outreach, and deeply connected to the pulse of Africa’s most powerful platforms, this is your seat at the table.

Your Mission

  • Secure interviews, articles, and features with top-tier African media: BellaNaija, Arise News, Guardian, CNN Africa, BusinessDay, etc.
  • Pitch Sandra for speaking engagements at summits, TEDx events, and women’s leadership platforms across Africa
  • Build relationships with press, podcast hosts, educators, and thought leadership communities
  • Craft Africa-specific press releases, speaker kits, and pitch decks
  • Track and nurture media leads using our visibility CRM
  • Stay ahead of cultural and political trends to identify timely, high-impact placement opportunities.

You will thrive if u will

  • Hold a degree or deep experience in Journalism, PR, or Communications
  • Are fluent in pitching African press and event organizers
  • Know how to write bold, clear, “this-has-to-be-booked” pitches
  • Have strong networks across Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, and diaspora platforms
  • Can see how the CEO’s voice connects to equity, education, and legacy work.

Bonus point if you will:

  • Have experience placing African women leaders or entrepreneurs
  • Already know the decision-makers at platforms we care about
  • Are passionate about girls’ education, legacy-building, and storytelling that lasts.

Salary

  • N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
