• The Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Colorado College announces a one-year, non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Professor position to teach in the Spanish program, to begin in August 2025. Area of specialty open. A review of completed applicant files will begin immediately.
• Responsibilities for the position entail teaching six courses, including introductory, intermediate, and/or advanced Spanish. A demonstration of and passion for language instruction is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

• ABD and teaching experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD (or near completion) and teaching experience required.
