Job Title: Volunteer – AI/ML Engineer

Role

• Explore open-source AI models APIs like OpenAI, Claude, Deedpseek etc to Build AI models for resume optimization & job placement.

Responsibilities

• Explore open-source LLMs to parse & score resumes vs. job descriptions.
• Train AI-powered job matching & ATS optimization.
• Implement OpenAI API (GPT-4) & embeddings for personalized insights.
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning models and systems.
• Deploy Generative AI pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms Evaluate and refine Generative AI models to achieve optimal performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement AI solutions that drive value.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience in AI/ML (NLP, embeddings, GPT models).
• Experience with open-source models such asOpenAI API, Hugging Face etc
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with standard software development tools.
• Understanding of AI behavioural techniques.
