Job Brief:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Waiters to join our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to greet guests and provide exceptional restaurant service. We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, team-oriented, and outgoing individuals who are dedicated to delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Waiter, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining service supplies at the service station for efficient operation.
- Familiarity with the entire food and beverage menu.
- Preparing the outlet for operation, including setting and resetting tables, light cleaning, and other assigned tasks.
- Taking food and beverage orders from guests and serving them in accordance with established standards.
- Clearing tables and managing dirty dishes in the dish area.
- Flexibility in accommodating special requests from guests regarding food and beverage preparation.
- Adhering to presentation guidelines established by the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Maintaining the assigned station/section in a clean and orderly manner.
- Implementing company minimum brand standards and optional brand standards as appropriate.
- Efficiently serving food and beverages to guests according to room service standards and procedures, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
- Reporting to the Supervisor at the beginning of the shift to receive instructions, floor assignments, menu changes, and guest feedback.
- Becoming familiar with all menu items, promotions, daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to provide excellent service and maximize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- At least an OND in Hospitality or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
