We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse In Charge

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: National Service Head
Hours: 40 hours weekly

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Staff member with extensive knowledge of Power product spare parts to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
  • This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of Power product spare parts.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and track inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Implement and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments.
  • Generate reports on inventory status and order fulfillment as needed.
  • Work closely with the warehouse manager and other team members to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a Technical or any related field with 5 years of experience.
  • Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse.
  • Proven experience with Power Product spare parts is an added advantage.

Skills Requirement:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Power product spare parts.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
