1). Accountant
Location: Kwara
Job Details
- Effect all management decision in all sections of account
- Implementing corporate policies, procedures, and enforcement of discipline in the department by keeping them regularly focused
- General supervision and coordination of the department monitoring and controlling the day to day accounting functionalities.
- Render monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management.
- Prepare budget and operational plans for management approval and eventual implementation
- Report on regular basis, the actual position of the state of affairs against budget to management for necessary actions
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting with 6 to 8 years experience as a corporate body accountant.

2). Purchasing Officer
Location: Kwara
Job Description
- Purchase all items for the company
- Forecasting level of demand for services and products to meet the business needs
- Conduct a reserch to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery and quality
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Timely procurement of goods and services
- Coordinates and resolves problems with end users departments and suppliers
Requirements
- A Graduate of Accounting is preferable.
- 3 – 4 years expeirence.

3). Internal Auditor
Location: Kwara
Job Details
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
- Obtain, analyse, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous report, data, flowchart etc
- Prepare and present reports that that reflects audit’s results and document process
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
- Identifies loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
- Maintain open communication with the management and audit committee
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s intervention.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Accounting with 7 to 10 years audit experience is required.
