Job Title: Workplace Management, CRM, and Payroll Implementation Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workplace Management, CRM, and Payroll Implementation Specialist.
  • This role combines expertise in workforce management, CRM implementation, and payroll systems to optimize our organization’s operations, customer relationships, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities
Workforce Management:

  • Develop and manage accurate forecasting models for workforce needs
  • Create effective work schedules to maximize resource efficiency
  • Analyze historical data to improve forecasting accuracy and scheduling strategies

CRM Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of CRM systems, aligning with business requirements
  • Design and configure CRM platforms to meet client needs
  • Provide training and support for successful CRM adoption
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Payroll Implementation:

  • Configure payroll systems according to company policies and compliance requirements
  • Assist in migrating payroll data from legacy systems to new platforms
  • Ensure data integrity through cross-checking and auditing
  • Develop and interpret specifications for interfaces with other systems
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations

General:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation across all systems
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance reports to management
  • Provide training and support for HR and payroll staff on new systems and processes
  • Participate in system testing, identify issues, and support the resolution process
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, CRM implementation, or payroll systems
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency with workforce management tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and payroll software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with data migration and system integration
  • Knowledge of programming languages or system customization is a plus
