Job Title: Workplace Management, CRM, and Payroll Implementation Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workplace Management, CRM, and Payroll Implementation Specialist.
- This role combines expertise in workforce management, CRM implementation, and payroll systems to optimize our organization’s operations, customer relationships, and payroll processes.
Responsibilities
Workforce Management:
- Develop and manage accurate forecasting models for workforce needs
- Create effective work schedules to maximize resource efficiency
- Analyze historical data to improve forecasting accuracy and scheduling strategies
CRM Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end deployment of CRM systems, aligning with business requirements
- Design and configure CRM platforms to meet client needs
- Provide training and support for successful CRM adoption
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Payroll Implementation:
- Configure payroll systems according to company policies and compliance requirements
- Assist in migrating payroll data from legacy systems to new platforms
- Ensure data integrity through cross-checking and auditing
- Develop and interpret specifications for interfaces with other systems
- Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations
General:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation across all systems
- Prepare and distribute regular performance reports to management
- Provide training and support for HR and payroll staff on new systems and processes
- Participate in system testing, identify issues, and support the resolution process
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management, CRM implementation, or payroll systems
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency with workforce management tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and payroll software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data migration and system integration
- Knowledge of programming languages or system customization is a plus
- Bring your own device
- Experience working with offshore team
