Job Title: Zonal Administrative Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attends meetings and keep minutes.
- Receives, screen emails and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or income correspondence (e-email, letter, packages etc)
- Acts as liaison between members of the association by keeping in touch with each and every member of the associations through telephone calls, email and text messages.
- Be fully involved in the association membership drive, engage in sourcing for unregistered members, passive and defaulting members of the association and ensure they are registered or reactivated.
- Maintain association members’ confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Coordinated action plans as designated to you by each executive member towards achieving a time bound task or objective.
- Secure information by maintaining and completing database backup.
- Provide historical references by developing and utilizing filling retrieval system, meeting discussion and ensure the minutes ae distributed to concerned parties.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related -results as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Representing executive by attending meetings in the absence of the executive
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
- HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a administrative role
- Proficient in MS Officice and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Outstanding coomunucation and negotiation abilities
- Intergrity and confidentiality and give accurate information
- Friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
- Must be residing in Lagos.
Salary
- N120,000 / month.
