Job Title: Zonal Administrative Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attends meetings and keep minutes.
  • Receives, screen emails and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or income correspondence (e-email, letter, packages etc)
  • Acts as liaison between members of the association by keeping in touch with each and every member of the associations through telephone calls, email and text messages.
  • Be fully involved in the association membership drive, engage in sourcing for unregistered members, passive and defaulting members of the association and ensure they are registered or reactivated.
  • Maintain association members’ confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Coordinated action plans as designated to you by each executive member towards achieving a time bound task or objective.
  • Secure information by maintaining and completing database backup.
  • Provide historical references by developing and utilizing filling retrieval system, meeting discussion and ensure the minutes ae distributed to concerned parties.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related -results as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Representing executive by attending meetings in the absence of the executive
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Officice and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Outstanding coomunucation and negotiation abilities
  • Intergrity and confidentiality and give accurate information
  • Friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
  • Must be residing in Lagos.

Salary

  • N120,000 / month.
