Title: Customer Care/Purchasing Officer Location: Ketu, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities \tManage customers’ enquiries on orders, deliveries and products \tProvide delightful customer experience through email, phone, messaging and social media touch-points \tMonitor and follow up on customers’ feedback, requests, claims and delivery requirements \tProcess daily customer orders by ensuring that sufficient stocks are in store and purchasing regularly from designated suppliers \tLiaise with customers and suppliers on out-of-stock arrangements, returns and exchanges of defects or damaged products \tManage and update online store inventory \tMonitor the daily delivery status of the delivery teams, for customer service interventions, when necessary \tCoordinate the operations team in the daily warehouse activities, i.e. picking, checking and packing of items, when necessary \tAssist in product listing, orders' fulfilment and shipping arrangement on company's e-commerce platforms. \tAny other administrative work as assigned by the Operation Manager / General Manager.
