This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the travel industry, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. \tThe Manager will lead a team of travel consultants and work closely with clients to deliver customized travel solutions, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities \tProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of travel consultants. \tSet performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to team members. \tFoster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. \tClient Relationship Management: \tCollaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns \tAssisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts \tProducing a brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission \tHelping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project \tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and objectives. \tWork closely with clients to design and customize travel itineraries, ensuring personalized and high-quality service. \tAddress client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. \tMonitor key performance indicators, analyze business performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary. \tManage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. \tTravel Industry Expertise: Qualifications \tBachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: \tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \tExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. \tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. \tAbility to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
