Responsibilities \tOversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that operations are carried out smoothly in a remote environment. \tManage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. \tSupervise and manage the remote customer service team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. \tDevelop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office. \tAttend company meetings and industry events, represent the company professionally at all times. \tManage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers. \tParticipate actively in the planning and execution of company events. \tEnsure company policies and procedures are followed by all remote employees. \tCoordinate with IT department on all office equipment and software. \tSchedule remote meetings and appointments, ensure that meeting agendas and minutes are distributed to all attendees.
