The role encompasses tasks such as report creation, travel and accommodation organization, minute-taking, and various administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities \tHandle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate executive or take messages. \tManage information flow efficiently and accurately. \tProvide administrative support, including drafting emails, editing memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive. \tProactively assess and manage the daily needs of the executive, ensuring readiness for meetings and events. \tOffer recommendations to executives regarding time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization. \tOrganize and maintain the office filing system. \tEstablish and enhance administrative systems and processes. \tAssist with ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements as required. \tDemonstrate versatility by efficiently handling multiple responsibilities and adapting to changes in business needs. \tCollaborate with the executive team to optimize schedules for seamless organizational operations.
