Role and Responsibilities \tProvide strategic leadership and oversee the administrative functions of the Church. \tDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations. \tManage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support. \tCollaborate with other Church leaders to support ministry initiatives and projects. \tMaintain accurate records and manage the Church's database and information systems. \tOversee financial operations - including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation. \tCoordinate facilities management, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. \tSupport pastoral staff and ministry leaders in organizing events and activities. \tFoster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and integrity within the administrative team. Qualification and Requirements \tA minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field with at least seven years of cognate experience.A devout Christian with Salvation experience, and demonstrable understanding of Church operations and administration. \tProven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably within a Church setting. \tStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. \tExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. \tExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, volunteers, and Church members. \tProficiency in using relevant software applications and databases. \tKnowledge of financial management principles and budgeting processes.
