Title: Administrative/Front Desk Officer Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description \tGreet guests and provide them with superb customer service. \tPrepare outgoing letters (envelopes and packages) \tOperate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, etc. \tRecord meeting minutes and dictations \tEnsure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper. \tRespond to incoming phone calls take messages and redirect calls to the appropriate offices/department \tOrganize and maintain files and records; update when necessary. \tCreate and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets \tOversee sorting and distribution of incoming letters and packages. \tPerform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed \tSupervise cleaner and general cleanliness of the office.
