These insights will also be provided regularly to the Marketing Team as they design the right products and prospects \tTake the lead on designing expansive products and packages in the organisation and for customers. \tCreate different customer retention strategies to ensure that 98% of the both current and future customers are not lost to competition. \tDefine a standard loyalty scheme for customers, backed up by technology and instituted into the business. \tEquip all Customer Experience Executives with the capacity to manage customer issues/concerns 100% and be the first point of escalation in cases that prove difficult. Event Management: \tTake full responsibility for managing ALL events that have been prospected by the \tMarketing Team or from upselling. \tDevelop a 360 degrees, best-in-class, process and procedure for the management of events from end to end in the least cost way possible. \tDirectly take charge for all outputs from events, regardless of size and value, and defining the minimum standards for all outputs. \tResponsible for consistently driving the upskilling of employees in the Events Unit with the sole aim of ensuring they imbibe the ‘Winning with the Customer’ mantra. \tFocus on consistent research on events and pushing the event management process to meet up with international standards. \tDrive for events contributing up to 75% of the total turnover in the business through the best in class delivery and supporting prospected clients from the Marketing Team Studio Management: \tWill be responsible for managing all outputs from the studio on a continuous basis \tResponsible for ensuring the ambience and the presentation of the studios across the branches are in line with the Pixels standards. \tResponsible for upskilling Photographers and Editors with the right skills to ensure our pictures have the right quality and better than competition. People Management: \tResponsible for all photographers, editors and Customer Experience Executives across the branches. \tResponsibility will include agreeing performance objectives, talent development ideas, performance assessment and agreeing future moves for the individuals.
