Skillful Hands Limited is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the following position: Title: Front Desk Officer Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities \tGreet guests and provide them with superb customer service. \tEnsure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper. \tAnswer all client questions and incoming calls. \tRedirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages. \tAccept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments. \tMonitor, organize and forward emails. \tTrack and order office equipment and supplies. \tMaintain records and files. \tOversee the office budget. Requirements \tHigh School Diploma or any relevant qualification. \tA minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role. \tGood understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices. \tSuperb written and verbal communication skills. \tExcellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. \tStrong knowledge of MS Office programs.
