Title: Office Assistant Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Purpose \tTo provide support to sound administrative, office, and logistics support to the office in line with the policies of TAF. The role will contribute to effective office management including support to store management, inventory/asset management, and supervision of janitorial services. \tThe incumbent will employ the use of general office practices and administrative procedures to carry out assigned tasks. Responsibilities \tEnsure the office premise and surrounding areas are clean at all times. \tSupports in the maintenance of general office systems including filing; sending, receiving, and distributing documents; and photocopying/Scanning. \tCoordinate and prepare mailings, including production, photocopying, assembling, posting, and courier/shipping. \tSupport program activities in the office where necessary. \tAssist with the organization of meetings and special events. \tKnowledge of general office practices and administrative procedures. \tResourceful in gathering and providing information. \tEnsure that the office is tidy at all times \tPerform additional and miscellaneous job-related duties for the office as assigned by the manager Jobholder Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience) \tA BA / B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or related field. \tAt least 2 years of practical work experience in supporting administrative systems in a similar organization \tProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook a must \tKnowledge of operating standard office equipment \tExcellent communication skills – written and verbal \tAbility to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills \tGood research skills and attention to detail.
