Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound tickets in a timely manner.
- Following contact center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking all tickets related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on ticket issues
- Upselling if required.
- Performing other duties that may be assigned.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE / OND qualification
- Fluent level of English (minimum C1)
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise, and a spark.
- Must have completed NYSC.
Work Schedule:
- Workdays: 24/7 operation – Weekends and Public Holidays Inclusive.
- You are entitled to 2 days off every week, although days off may not always fall on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day
- Shift Work: Morning, Afternoon, or Night Shift.
Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
