Job Title: Client Advisor – Graduate Trainee

Position Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, articulate, and highly professional Client Advisor for our Abuja branch.
  • This is a graduate trainee position designed for a driven individual eager to learn, grow, and thrive in the luxury retail finance space.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering exceptional service while maintaining the brand’s tone of elegance, precision, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in and online clients in a polished, professional manner.
  • Assist clients in the evaluation and pawning process of luxury items.
  • Provide accurate information about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across luxury categories and services offered.
  • Uphold confidentiality and client trust at all times
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with clients regarding renewals, redemptions, and due payments.
  • Support operational tasks as assigned, including customer onboarding and administrative documentation.
  • Contribute to a luxury client experience aligned with the brand’s standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and branch performance targets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Must reside in Abuja.
  • Must be able to speak and understand Hausa fluently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and client service orientation.
  • Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a polished demeanor.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, banking, or similar fields (an added advantage, but not mandatory).
