1). Manager, Agent Network, South South

Location: Delta

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Agent Network Manager (ANM) is responsible for the development. Growth, management and profitability of the agent distribution network in and around assigned geographical location and region.
  •  He/She will be responsible for agent prospecting and relationship management. ANM will be required to work with the Agent O team for user creation, commission payment in addition to the resolution of all support required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of First Degree
  • Minimum of 4 Years’ experience in similar role

2). Relationship Manager, Telecoms, Media & Technology

Location: Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define and execute strategic client plans that will ensure the development of strong business relationships and the delivery of profitable and integrated Stanbic IBTC Bank products and services, with the purpose of ensuring client profitability, increased revenue, risk optimisation and consistent service delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

  • First degree
  • Other relevant qualifications including postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA would be an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (in telecommunications, media, technology, etc)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the client service environment.
  • An additional 3 years within the credit or product environment is an advantage.
