Key Outcomes
Community Engagement:
- Host at least four webinars per quarter, with a target attendee satisfaction rate of 85%.
Content Creation:
- Publish a minimum of two blog posts and one tutorial or case study per month, specifically for accountants.
- Achieve an average reader engagement time of over three minutes per article and a 15% increase in tutorial or case study viewership quarterly.
Feedback and Innovation:
- Conduct monthly surveys or feedback sessions with accountants, aiming for a response rate of at least 30%.
- Implement at least two major product enhancements or new features per year based on accountant feedback.
Educational Initiatives:
- Organize and conduct at least one educational session or workshop for accountants each quarter with a target attendance of 50+ participants per session.
- Achieve a post-session feedback score of 4.5/5 or higher.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (ICAN)
- Proven experience in the accounting industry with a deep understanding of accountants’ needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a professional audience.
- Experience in creating specialized content for the accounting sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a community engagement or customer-facing role within the accounting sector.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media engagement.
- Practical knowledge of Flex Finance’s platform and services.
