Job Summary
- Wev are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the hospital’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial planning.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and financial reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records and reports accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and relevant tax laws.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations.
- Provide financial insights to support hospital operations and decision-making.
- Assist in audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or ICAN is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
