Responsibilities

As the Accountant/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational management of Crowngate. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining Financial Records: Accurately recording and maintaining the company’s books, including income, expenses, and transactions.
• Debt Tracking: Monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring prompt payment collection while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Supervising Outposts: Overseeing the operations of Crowngate’s distribution outposts to ensure compliance with company standards and efficiency in processes.
• Balancing Books: Regularly reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements to provide insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements and Skills
Candidates must possess the following:

• Educational Qualification: A minimum of an HND
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial management and record-keeping
• Leadership Skills: Capability to supervise and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
