Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated, organised and friendly individual to join our team. Someone who will provide comprehensive administrative and communication support ensuring efficient and effective office operations where needed .
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with social media management and content creation.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and stakeholders
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Excellent knowledge of our products to be able to solve customer issues.
- Ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, courteous, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and general office communication .
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
- Candidate must reside in Lagos
- Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Proven customer support experience
- Must speak and write crisp and clear English
- Must be able to work on some weekends and holidays
- Should be willing to work with the company long term.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Experience with data entry and filing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
