Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin/Customer Support Representative to join our team in Surulere.
  • This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, scheduling, and other related tasks as assigned.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, ensuring all meetings are well-coordinated.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, and letters.
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Order office supplies, research new deals, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Arrange travel bookings and accommodations as needed.
  • Handle day-to-day running expenses, and submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Manage cleaners, loaders, drivers, and other contract/casual staff.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Customer Support Tasks:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and effective customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

Requirements and Skills

  • A University Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin/customer support. admin officer
  • Proven customer service experience, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment, including printers and scanners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Gender: Female preferred
  • Location: Surulere (Proximity is key)

Experience Required:

  • Blend experience as Admin/Customer Support for over 3 years
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years as an Admin Officer plus a minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role

Salary Range

  • N120,000 to N200,000 / Month.
