Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization.
  • This includes managing office operations, coordinating administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and providing support to senior management and other departments.
  • The Admin Manager ensures that the administrative tasks are carried out smoothly, on time, and in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance and vendor relations.
  • Ensure the workplace is compliant with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

  • Supervise and guide the administrative team, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Organize training sessions and provide mentorship to administrative staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for admin staff and set goals for improvement.

Budget & Cost Control:

  • Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor and control expenses related to office supplies, equipment, and services.

Document Management:

  • Oversee the organization and storage of company documents, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between senior management and other departments.
  • Manage communication within the office, including email, phone, and in-person inquiries.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel for executives.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on office operations, budget status, and staff performance.
  • Analyze administrative processes and suggest improvements.

Project Management:

  • Support various internal projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet project timelines and goals.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current administrative procedures.

Salary

  • N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
