Job Title: Admin Office – Asset Maintenance

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles and keep appropriate records as to their usage and breakdowns to determine the effectiveness of services and maintenance schedule.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of vehicle particulars to ensure its timely renewal upon expiration.
  • Keep a record of all vendors and contact them when required for services.
  • Keep proper records of all the company assets.
  • Source for service vendors as the need arises.
  • Keep a proper record of all the spare parts purchased for admin-maintained assets.
  • Daily supervision of the Expatriate drivers.
  • Ensure adequate and timely maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of the Air Conditioners in the Drum factory, Pearl, PGLab, and the main office.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of the dispenser machines.
  • Ensure the maintenance of office supplies and place an order when stock is low.
  • Coordinate the activities of the Dispatch Rider.
  • Supervise the facility services when artisans/vendors are on the compound grounds.
  • Foreseeing a day-to-day effective and conducive work environment.
  • Ensuring all work-aid devices or equipment are working effectively at all times.
  • Inputting services expense/quotation on the ERP.
  • Record-keeping of all the company’s vendor agreements.
  • Record-keeping of all the company’s Trademarks.

Qualifications

  • BSc / HND qualification in Office Administration or any relevant field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
