Job Title: Admin Office – Asset Maintenance
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles and keep appropriate records as to their usage and breakdowns to determine the effectiveness of services and maintenance schedule.
- Keeping up-to-date records of vehicle particulars to ensure its timely renewal upon expiration.
- Keep a record of all vendors and contact them when required for services.
- Keep proper records of all the company assets.
- Source for service vendors as the need arises.
- Keep a proper record of all the spare parts purchased for admin-maintained assets.
- Daily supervision of the Expatriate drivers.
- Ensure adequate and timely maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant.
- Ensure timely maintenance of the Air Conditioners in the Drum factory, Pearl, PGLab, and the main office.
- Ensure timely maintenance of the dispenser machines.
- Ensure the maintenance of office supplies and place an order when stock is low.
- Coordinate the activities of the Dispatch Rider.
- Supervise the facility services when artisans/vendors are on the compound grounds.
- Foreseeing a day-to-day effective and conducive work environment.
- Ensuring all work-aid devices or equipment are working effectively at all times.
- Inputting services expense/quotation on the ERP.
- Record-keeping of all the company’s vendor agreements.
- Record-keeping of all the company’s Trademarks.
Qualifications
- BSc / HND qualification in Office Administration or any relevant field
- 3 – 5 years of experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
