Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and versatile Administrative Officer & Executive Assistant to support our dynamic team at G-Shoppers.
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and assist the Managing Director (MD) in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Staff Support: Provide support to staff members, including onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Executive Assistance: Assist the MD with scheduling appointments, managing emails, and preparing reports.
- Special Projects: Handle special projects, such as staff training, team-building activities, and other initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
- Living not far Away from Eliozu.
Salary
- N100,000 Monthly.
