Job Title: Admin/Program Support Intern

Location: Ojo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Contract Type: 1-year renewable contract

Job Summary

  • The Admin/Program Support Intern will have an important role in providing administrative assistance across multiple departments, including HR, Finance, and Communications.
  • The intern will also support the implementation of the Crystal Lens Impact Africa Foundation’s programs, with a focus on the Girls Empowerment Program, as well as other initiatives such as the After School Study Program (ASASC), Work-Based Learning (WBL), and additional organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the team across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate students’ activities within the library
  • Schedule meetings, send reminders, and update participants.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action plans.
  • Draft memos, proposals, and reports as assigned by the ED.
  • Manage weekly staff meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager on specific content creation.
  • Perform any other relevant administrative tasks as assigned.

Project Management Support:

  • Coordinate in-school training for the Girls Empowerment program and any other assigned project
  • Conduct research and develop content, including program documentation and reports.
  • Assist in the recruitment and management of partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee student welfare, scheduling, coordinating activities, and ensuring necessary resources are available.
  • Contribute to program monitoring and evaluation processes.
  • Undertake other assigned tasks to ensure the smooth operation of programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BSc / HND in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
  • Strong research and content development skills.
  • Interest in education, youth empowerment, and social impact programs.

Starting Salary

  • N85,000 Monthly (Gross)
