Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for quality / qualified students, to enroll into universities.
  • Receiving calls from clients and attending to their queries/requests.
  • Recording clients’ data and maintaining a LARGE database for students.
  • Handling the business’ social media pages and responding to queries.
  • Confidently executing tasks with the aim of providing quality service to students/parents.
  • Providing daily reports on the businesses closed calls received and tasks handled.
  • Providing any other work- related assistance that may be required by the Managing Director.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work (full day) Mon – Friday 8am-5pm
  • Must be extremely eloquent and fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Computers – Microsoft office, Internet savvy is a must.
  • Must have Customer Service etiquette, eloquent and able to respond well to clients’ requests.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and handle pressure/difficult situations.
  • Knowledge of social Media is a must (should be able to handle a Business social media page).
  • Can work without supervision.

Salary
N60,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
