Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Male)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including filing, document management, data entry, and correspondence handling.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all office equipment is functional.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Support HR and finance teams with record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and office events.
- Safely transport company executives, staff, and visitors to and from designated locations.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and proper documentation (e.g., insurance, registration, servicing).
- Run official errands, including bank transactions, document deliveries, and procurement of office supplies.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or HND is required
- At least 1 year of Expereince in an administrative role
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an office assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of local routes and road regulations.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional travel for errands and official duties.
- May involve long driving hours and flexibility in scheduling.
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
