Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Male)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, document management, data entry, and correspondence handling.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all office equipment is functional.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Support HR and finance teams with record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and office events.
  • Safely transport company executives, staff, and visitors to and from designated locations.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and proper documentation (e.g., insurance, registration, servicing).
  • Run official errands, including bank transactions, document deliveries, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company driving policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or HND is required
  • At least 1 year of Expereince in an administrative role
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an office assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of local routes and road regulations.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with occasional travel for errands and official duties.
  • May involve long driving hours and flexibility in scheduling.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
