Job Summary
- We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our business.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and comfortable with administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications
- Maintain records and databases
- Assist with client communications and customer support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
